BetaCraft team's products: - the old-school b1.7. It has been founded back in 2013, starting as a Minecraft nostalgia server. Betacraft is a Polish group focused around the old-school Minecraft era. You can see my current progress on the glass-repo website. We also have not had a centralised place to host new mods for legacy minecraft yet (AFAIK), so glass-repo is my attempt at fixing that. This is why I'm also going to host mods that are abandoned/I have permission for on a separate archive site in the future. did mojang change something with the way the client connects or the way the servers connect to the. the 1.7.3 beta client cant connect at all and the current minecraft version 1.7.4 doesnt detect the server as being on even with the public adress, local address and the localhost adress. Minecraft Forums post mass-deletion has hardly any mods on it now. I know for a fact that my 1.7.3 server worked a year ago but now the minecraft client wont make a connection.
This also prevents minecraft from being redistributed, which helps legitimise your modpack too. With the format glass-launcher uses, you can expect modpacks going down from 150mb, all the way down to potentially just 30mb, depending on what mods.
